All our gift boxes and hampers are made in Liverpool, NSW and are delivered inhouse or sent via Express Post. As a guideline, it generally takes 1 – 5 days for your gift to arrive. 

If you chose to have your item sent via Express Post, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that packages shipped to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas can sometimes take 6-12 business days.

Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the comments section of the checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested. 

No sorry, due to the delicate nature of our gift boxes and hampers, we only offer Australia wide delivery at this stage.

If you require an allergy-friendly gift, simply advise by adding a message into the comments section on the check-out page – We will endeavour to cater to your needs and will be in touch if any item/s need to be substituted/ replaced to suit.
