SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COMMON QUESTIONS

  1. Local deliveries are available to most Sydney areas
  2. We deliver our gifts throughout AUSTRALIA with Express Australia Post
  3. We do not deliver on Sunday’s
  4. We send our gifts with Express Australia Post from Monday to Friday
  5. We do not and cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen courier delays which are beyond our control

DELIVERY TIME & FEES 

Local next day deliveries within Sydney are charged at a flat rate of $15

Local pick up from Liverpool NSW is available for free

Flat Rate Express Australia Post Shipping charged at $20 per address

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched between 1-2 business days unless a specific date has been requested.

Large volume orders and peak periods may take longer, in which case we will notify you.

CAN YOU CHOOSE A PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?

Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the comments section of the checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?

We highly recommend delivering to a business address or residential address where you know someone will be there to accept the delivery.

If no-one is home, the gift will be left somewhere safe on the premises. Boxalicious assumes no responsibility of the item from that point.

If the item has been delivered by Australia Post, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office with a calling card left for pick up.

WHAT HAPPEN’S IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide the wrong address and have just placed your order email us ASAP at boxalicious@yahoo.com and we will endeavour to rectify it prior to shipping.

Unfortunately, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If your gift is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery details an additional re-delivery fee of $9.95 plus + admin fee of $9.95 will apply to redeliver your gift box.

Please triple check your shipping details when placing an order, including business names, tower numbers, and hospital wards etc.

CAN I SEND A GIFT BOX OVERSEAS? 

No sorry, due to the delicate nature of our gift boxes and hampers, we only offer Australia wide delivery at this stage.
